This post titled 'Joy' from my new friend, Amanda, inspired us to sponsor one of the children she listed. There are four more on her list, but hundreds more awaiting sponsorship. Who will you choose?


This post from Lindsey, written as a letter to her sponsored child, left me in tears. The last picture is what Jesus is all about.


Lisa-Jo's post had my fingers "itching to pick up a pen" with her reminder that "Our letters are more important than our money. Our words more valuable than our automatic withdrawals. And we can change the course of history by investing in the person instead of just the payment plan."


That reminder was followed by a prime example in Patricia's discovery of treasures.


And this post from Shaun is what every American minister needs to read. And to that I would add a phrase our own pastor reminds us of frequently, "Every member, a minister".

 Now, go and minister, so our sister, Ann, is not "left alone" in Guatemala.
